Monday: In the selection, I read about praising the Lord. I also read about why we should praise the Lord. For example: Praise the Lord who forgives ALL your sins!!! This passage shows me how great our God really is! I am so glad he does not harbor his anger forever! If he did, I don't think I would be here today. The picture in this Psalms that helps me understands God better is:As a father has compassion on his children so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him.
ReplyDeleteTuesday: In this selection, David is talking to God. He is telling Him how He knew everything about him. He knew the words on in his mouth before they even came out! Knew his eyes even before they were formed! When I read this Psalm, I feel convicted. I sometimes am ashamed of the Lord. The one who formed me and knew me before I even knew myself! This passage gives me a new revalation of God and his awesomenesssss!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWednesday: In this selection, David is telling how great God is. He is saying that God is faithful in all his promises. You can always trust him. He also tells of how everyone talks of him and his glory. He says that from generation to generation, God's name is praised and lifted up. He says that stories of God and his magnificants are told everywhere. I need God's quality of faithfulness the most.
ReplyDeleteThursday: In the selection,It tells us how important wisdom is. If we esteem her and she will embrace you. If we exalt her, she will honor us. It also tells us to stay away from wicked people. They cannot sleep unless they make someone sin. It also says to guard your heart. Don't let any bad talk from our mouths!!!! Finding wisdom is extremely important to me. It will help me to succeed and live a long life!
